Traditional training facilities often inadvertently exclude women, particularly mothers with young children, by failing to consider their unique circumstances. Our gender-inclusive approach removes these barriers through thoughtful design that addresses practical, cultural, and psychological needs. The facility will serve as both a training center and a model for gender-inclusive vocational education throughout Uganda and beyond.
