Our Programs

We have numerous programs

Tshani Foundation offers a comprehensive ecosystem of programs designed to support women from initial skills acquisition through to sustainable livelihoods. Our integrated approach ensures participants receive not just technical training, but the complete support needed to transform their lives.

  • Personal development coaching

By engaging young women before they face unemployment challenges, we help shape sustainable career pathways from an early stage.
